When the Krishna waters are being diverted from Srisailam to Kuppam through Penna basin, why is water not being given to nearby Palamuru, deputy leader of BRS legislative party and former minister Tanniru Harish Rao asked. He asked the Congress government to answer the injustice being done to Palamuru.
He protested that if the government's failures are questioned, they will be arrested and detained. He questioned why the motors were not run even when the water in Krishna river was abundant.
He denied taking action against farmers and BRS leaders. They demanded that the attitude of the government on the water issue should be changed and people's questions should be answered.
