Lifelong learning opportunities should be available for individuals to acquire new skills and qualifications at different stages of their careers.He said that there is a need to make education available according to different needs and conditions through online education.

Dr. said that the 'One Nation One Subscription' (ONOS) program is a key step in making quality academic research and international knowledge resources more widely available. Murugan said.

Talking about employment opportunities, Dr. said that large scale job opportunities are created through development of infrastructure, manufacturing sector, services, encouragement of entrepreneurs and skill development.
