Center has clarified new guidelines regarding UPI transactions in the wake of growing use of digital payments. It states that there are no charges for P2P transactions between individuals.
In the case of business transactions, MDR is likely to be applicable as per the rules, it said. Consumers are advised to check the applicable rules based on their transaction type and mode of payment.
