What issues can be complained about?
Public complaints and issues related to India Post customer services can be submitted for redressal in Dak Adalat. Officials asked for complaints related to Telangana state within the stipulated time.
Complaint by post like this..
The complainants wrote their problem in a clear and comprehensible manner to Mrs. S. Vijaya Jyoti, Assistant Director (CS), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad-500001.
“Dak Adalat” must be written on the cover of sending the complaint. Mobile number, email id or complete address to be contacted along with the complaint must be mentioned.

Those who want to complain online can send their complaint to pgco.tl@indiapost.gov.in email.“Doc Adalat Complaint” should be clearly mentioned in the first line of the email body or subject.
The email should reach the concerned office by 5.45 PM on October 14, 2026.

Officials have suggested that one should choose only one method instead of sending the same complaint through both post and email.
The link required to participate virtually in Dak Adalat will be sent to the mobile number or email id of the concerned complainant in due course.
These problems are not accepted
The officials of Telangana Circle have made it clear that the Dak Adalat will not entertain the issues related to personnel matters, employment/service related matters and all kinds of cases already pending in the Hon'ble Courts.Dak Adalat Date: 23 October 2026
