Hyderabad, Progress Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao said the welfare of handloom workers is the government’s goal.
Speaking at the National Handloom Day event, he said an exhibition with more than 100 handloom stalls had opened at People’s Plaza.
The textile exhibition runs from 7 to 16 August, and he urged people to buy handloom products and support weavers.
