Progress: Hyderabad: State Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has asked the Central Government to cooperate in extending housing facilities to the poor in Telangana.
Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan explained the housing needs of the state. He said that the deserving poor are being identified by conducting a house-to-house survey through the 'Awas Plus-2024' app.
It has been revealed that the center has been requested to sanction additional houses as the need for houses for the poor is high in the state.
